Personalized jewelry
Please note that personalized jewelry is not eligible for return. If an error has occurred during the production process with regard to your jewellery, we are of course ready to find a suitable solution together.

If you find yourself in such a case or want to know more about returns, please contact our customer service at the following email address: customerservice@algarradamelissa.com . Don't forget to mention your order number and add a photo of the piece of jewelry so that we can help you as soon as possible.

Non-Personalized Jewelry
For non-personalised jewellery, we offer the option of returning or exchanging them within 14 days of the delivery date. If the items are returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging, we can refund the purchase price or issue a gift certificate, excluding shipping costs. Please note that purchases of sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Here's how to return your order:

  1. Please contact our customer service via the email address: customerservice@algarradamelissa.com . Our team will handle your return request. Do not forget to mention your order number for a smooth handling.
  2. When you receive a return form from our customer service, you send it back together with the piece of jewelry. The returned item remains the responsibility of the customer until the item is received by us.
  3. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation. Please note that the entire return process can take up to 10 business days.
Please also note that we do not reimburse the shipping costs of your original order. We hope this information helps you with the return of jewelry. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our customer service.

Size adjustments
If upon receipt of your ring it appears that the ring size you requested is incorrect, we will adjust it for you at a standard rate of €25 + shipping costs. An exception applies to wedding and engagement rings, which include a free size adjustment.

Repairs
We offer a repair service to our customers. The cost for this service varies based on the type of repair. For more information, please contact us at customerservice@algarradamelissa.com . Please make sure to include your order number, include a photo of the item in question, and provide a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
