The shipping cost depends on your order value. Shipping is free from €99 in BE and NL. You can find more information about this on our page regarding delivery times & shipping.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. With this you can easily track your order!

We currently ship our products to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany & France. For the respective shipping costs per country, please visit our page regarding delivery times & shipping.

You can always return non-personalized jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry is not returnable due to its unique nature. More information about this can be found on our exchange & returns page.

Yes, we offer elegant gift wrapping to ensure that your gift is immediately ready for delivery. At checkout you can choose to add a gift box for € 1.95.
