Production & delivery times
Our jewelry is lovingly handcrafted in our studio in Hasselt, so it may take some time before it is produced.
Non-personalized jewelry (all items excluding those listed below):
- 5 working days production time
- 3-5 working days delivery time
Personalized jewelry (items with engraving/letters + rings with stones):
- 10 working days production time
- 3-5 working days delivery time
If you order multiple items from different categories (personalized + non-personalized), the longest delivery time will apply.

We currently deliver our products in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs per country.

After your order has left our workshop, you will be kept informed of the delivery status of your package. You will then receive an email from us with details about your track & trace information.
